Jaida Champney is an independent singer-songwriter from Gympie, Queensland, blending indie, folk, pop and jazz into a warm, soulful sound.
With over three years of professional live performance experience and hundreds of gigs across Australia, Jaida has performed at pubs, RSLs, breweries, cafés, restaurants, festivals, community events, weddings and private functions.
Her live sets combine original music with familiar favourites, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
Jaida performs solo, can provide her own PA, and offers sets ranging from intimate acoustic performances to 2–3 hour venue sets.
In 2025, Jaida performed at Camp for a Cure, followed by Sublime Fest in 2026. She was also selected as a finalist for Listen Up Music, a mental health charity live music event.
